Prof. Gustavo Bobonis' research-practice partnership project with the Puerto Rico Department of Education hosted a ceremony for more than 250 school principals across Puerto Rico who completed a school management practices training program. This project is a collaboration with J-PAL, the William T Grant Foundation, and the Spencer Foundation. Speakers at the event included University of Toronto professor emeritus Michael Fullan, US Department of Education Assistant Secretary of Planning, Evaluation, and Policy, and J-PAL North America leadership.
