Accommodation

A block of 20 rooms has been reserved at http://www.thelistelhotel.com/ in downtown Vancouver.  The rooms are $205 Canadian per night.  These are reserved until April 20. 

There are also rooms currently available on campus at https://admin.triumf.ca/d2w-sec/TriHouseRequest.d2w/requestform.  They wouldn't reserve them for us, so you need to book them early.  I don't know what these rooms are like - I am sure they are okay but no luxury.  As far as I know there are no hotels near campus.  I'll add some more options in a bit.

 

For those of you who aren't Canadian or American citizens, Canada has new visa rules described at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/eta.asp,  You get the visa online so it isn't a hassle, but they will refuse entry to Canada if you don't have one.  You'll have to check the website to see if you need one.
