Note that I was on sabbatical leave in 2000-2001, when this course was not offered. From September 2008, after five years of formal retirement, I have been offering this course only every other year. This course was last offered in 2009 - 2010 (but not offered the previous year, 2008-2009, nor the past year, 2010-2011).
