in Gregory Mankiw's Macroeconomics intermediate textbook, which
is published by Worth Publishers. The materials in dealing with the effects
of unanticipated and anticipated inflation, realized interest rates and the
Fisher Equation, and indexing are covered in Chapter 6, sections 4 and 6, of
the Third Edition. The same material should be present in later additions
although the relevant chapter becomes Chapter 7. Materials relevant for
Topics 1 and 2 can be found in any elementary economics textbook. Indeed,
the material in this entire lesson should be available in any textbook
dealing with intermediate macroeconomics. Simply check the index for the
relevant chapters in which discussions of the the various items can be found.
