Phd students participate in CRESSE Summer School and Conference, Crete, Greece
Under a fellowship program jointly sponsored by the Phelps Centre at UBC, the Rotman Institute for International Business at the University of Toronto, and CIRANO in Montreal, three of our PhD students, Daniel Ershov, Limin Fang and Zhe Yuan, were selected to attend the CRESSE Summer School and Conference in Crete, Greece from June 27 to July 10, 2015. The CRESSE Summer School is a renowned European summer school in competition policy, and the CRESSE conference featured world leading scholars including Jean Tirole, Arial Pakes and Hal Varian, as well as well known practitioners in the area of competition and regulation.

The students had the great opportunity to interact with these eminent scholars and practitioners and be exposed to important issues on competition and antitrust policies.
